- Soupy Butter retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and tools
- Custom-developed solutions may transfer ownership to the client upon full payment
- Third-party licenses and tools remain the property of their respective owners
8. Confidentiality
Soupy Butter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data accessed during the provision of services. We will not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services.

Soupy Butter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
15. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
16. Modifications
Soupy Butter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
